千葉の酒好き
Sake like yogurt liquor.
It has 6% alcohol by volume and is sweet and sour, like juice. It is a good aperitif for sake.
I thought it was similar to Ichinozakura's Himezen sold in supermarkets, but I have not had Himezen for years, so I wanted to check it out.
