たけさんThe aroma is a bit sweet, and the flavor is a bit sour with a hint of yamahai, so it would be better to drink it with dried fish in a hiya than to drink it by itself.
I don't think it is particularly tasty, but I think there are many situations in which this sake can be used to its fullest.
