The rice is polished to 29%, so it is very fruity and sweet. It goes well with cheese, and cold tofu was also good.
I'm also happy that the price is reasonable at 2,400 yen for a four-pack bottle of this quality. I bought it because of the cool label, but I have no complaints about the taste.
