This is a really special sake made with sake rice from Senmaida rice fields in Shodoshima and Shodoshima olive yeast. Morikuni-san told us about this sake, which was made for the first time last year. I was surprised that there was olive yeast! It's light, sweet, light, and mellow. And combined with the memories of my trip to Shodoshima, it was the perfect sake. The bottle is simple and cute too!
