This is a masterpiece by Kumiko Kaba, the female brewer of Yachiyo Shuzo, who trained at the Sumikawa Sake Brewery, which brews Toyo Bijin.

The smell... sweet! It's from, but it feels like it's melting away?
It's not dreadful, fruity-sweet. Sweet, but it doesn't leave a residue, easy to drink.
