I got this at a local liquor store, Echino Kanchubai. Kanchubai? I knew Koshino-Kanzhubai. (The price was about the same when I looked online.)
We like sake, but it's not that strong, but everyone in our family could drink it like it was water! I think it goes well with all kinds of dishes.
