Akamonji is also delicious, but the green letters have a stronger flavor!
I don't think it is sweet, but it tastes sweet.
It tastes good when it is cooled down to a crisp, and it also tastes good when it is lukewarm. But if anything, I think it is better when it is cooled down to the perfect temperature. It really is a delicious sake.
This is the first time I bought a sake cellar and chilled it. I bought it in a bottle. Sashimi was also delicious!
