When opened, I thought the aroma was gorgeous and sweet, but it was clear and not too sweet, with a good flavor and good as a food sake.
After leaving it for a while after opening the bottle, the sweetness and aroma of brown sugar was assertive. I was bewildered by a completely different drink.
