かにかまん
A liqueur made by soaking lemongrass in Toyama's local sake. The lemongrass aroma is weaker than imagined. There is no sweetness or acidity at all, and the sake has a watery, clean, crisp taste with a subtle, refreshing aftertaste. I think it would be better to drink it with something rather than by itself. (It seems to go well with oily food since it is so refreshing.) It also seems to taste good with soda, so I'll try mixing it with something next time. 🙋🏻‍♀️ PS: I tried it with soda. I tried it with soda and it was too good! It's like a stylish highball. It's like a refreshing highball (not a whiskey).
