At a ryokan in Yufuin, I was attracted by the words "super dry" and ordered it.
The well-cooled, pure, clear liquid was very dry.
When I drank it, I had a strange sensation that the sake aroma disappeared after a sharp shock. Is it what is commonly referred to as "infinitely goable"?
Too bad I don't know the price, it was quite GOOD.
