This sake was started by volunteers in the "Ike" farming district at the foot of Mt. Omuro in Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, and is made with water from the Amagi Spring.
It has a refreshing and crisp taste.
It is not sold online and is only available at a limited number of stores.
