Every year in March, I always buy a bottle of sake to drink.
This year I had it late due to personal reasons.
When served at room temperature, it seemed to have a stronger acidity than last year. However, it tasted relatively clean, and I was able to enjoy the umami of the rice without any unnecessary alcohol.
