Asahi Hawk from December is a once-fired sake? The Asahi Taka from December is a fresh-stored sake. Since the rice used for this sake is different from that used for cold-stored sake, the fruity taste was understated. The flavor can be enjoyed gradually after opening the bottle.

It was light nigori, so we first had a glass of the supernatant and then shook the bottle. It was a delicious sake with a fresh mouthfeel and the acidity typical of Sengoku.

Asahi Hawk changes to cold storage sake in June. On the first day of opening the bottle, the impression was "? but it changed drastically on the second day. It tastes like eating Delaware.

The refrigerator is stocked with two varieties: Gohyakumangoku, which has a strong sweetness and volume, and Koshitanrei, which is light and has a fresh taste. I chose Koshitanrei because of the image of Niigata as light and fresh. I felt it was slightly sweet.

A local Fukushima evening sake that has been upgraded from a regular sake to a ginjo-shu. The price is unbelievable at 2,200 yen for a bottle. It was a well-balanced type of sake with no peculiarities that was easy to drink.

A bottle purchased at the same time as the Dioavita. What about something dry? I was looking in the fridge and found Kido's Karakuchi. I was not impressed with the price for this flavor.

Never seen a sake degree of -66 before. I bought it out of curiosity! Pink-colored sake made with red yeast. I had never had such a sweet sake before. As one would expect from the Fuji brewery, the sweetness had a sharpness to it.
