At home. Sake tasting party with friends after a long time. We brought our own sake. First up was a local sake from Echigo-Yuzawa, a gem bearing the name of the first head of the Shirataki Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the acidity and umami, with a slight lingering alcohol taste. It leaves a slightly bitter or rough feeling in the back of the throat. The Shirotaki Shuzo is known for its Kouzen Nyosui, which has a fuller aroma and taste compared to the Kouzen Nyosui. The bottle was also unusual, with an innovative volume of 630 ml. This is the first brand I've seen and the taste is great. ‼️

The building was not completely destroyed or destroyed by fire, but there was a lot of damage 😢This is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had. A few restaurants were closed temporarily. Kanazawa was hardly damaged by the earthquake, and I hope everyone will come to Kanazawa! Now, Senmaida, rice from Senmaida in Wajima is partially used. Although it is junmai, it is not that heavy and easy to drink. It is light and crisp. The wife also likes it. The waitress said there were only 3 bottles left and that she would not be able to drink them for a while! We hope it will come back.

Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

It was purchased at the Aichi Sake Caravan during the Handa Canal Marche in Handa City on March 22. Forty brands of sake from breweries in Aichi, Gifu, Mie and Shizuoka were on sale. Attracted by the spring-only offerings, I purchased one of them, a sake from a brewery in Higashiura-cho on the Chita Peninsula. Ikumichii is read as Ikujii. It is dry and has a sharp taste on the nose, but it is mellow and easier to drink than expected. 1,760 yen.

Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

I was strolling around Fukushima-related stores to buy a gift for Mother's Day and to commemorate the end of Golden Work! I found this handy cup of sake 👍. When I opened the bottle, it had a clean sweet aroma of sugar cane. The mouthfeel is smooth with a round sweetness that sinks in. The mild umami has a banana-like flavor. The pungent spiciness comes from the clear taste. It has an astringent aftertaste that comes around the time of swallowing and an easy-drinking quality that disappears without a hitch, giving it a clean, calm taste without heaviness or clinginess! It is a beautiful and calm taste with no heaviness or clinginess! Don't underestimate it as a cup of sake...! This pleasant cup of Aizu Sake was so easy to drink that it made me feel again the power of Aizu Sake 😋.
