bouken
One of the mainstays in sake from takeshon liquor store.
I was anxious to open it because Mr. Manachy said it looked grassy😅.
The rice is Yume Ginko.
Sweet aroma. It definitely has a lychee-like flavor. Bitter taste from juicy flavor like raisins.
Fades out with lingering bitterness.
It's been 3 days since the bottle was opened, but I think the sweet and sourness is coming out. Bitterness from sweet and sourness. I think the sweetness is coming out more than the first day.
On the 5th day after opening the bottle, the sweetness seems to have increased.
The sweetness is like a candy.

Good evening, Mr. Manachie.
I think you probably got the wrong one 🤣I've bought sake that people around me were raving about and it deteriorated many times, so I thought it's a common occurrence with sake 🤔.
