While talking with the innkeeper, I asked him if he wanted to buy some apples and vegetables,
I said I wanted to buy some apples and vegetables.
He recommended a direct sales place, so we went there!
I bought a box of apples and yams,
And many other things 😁.
After that, we went to Matsumoto Castle.
After seeing Matsumoto castle from various angles
my wife and daughter wanted to go
Oimo Biyori, which my wife and daughter wanted to visit.
We didn't find what we wanted to buy
Instead, we had a Mont Blanc gelato 😁.
After that, we returned to the car and had lunch.
This was also recommended by Mr. Susuru.
Tsuke Soba Chinese Soba Shonen 😊.
My wife had Soy Sauce Tsuke Soba
Myself and my daughter had the thick Tsuke-soba: ✌️
Both were delicious✨.
The sake this time was Kuroemon 16yo.
I had bought a bottle of Omachi before.
International Wine Challenge
I heard about the International Wine Challenge,
I would like to try Miyamanishiki.
Miyamanishiki was available on this trip to Shinshu, but the color of the label was different.
but the color of the label is different
When poured into a glass, the color is darker.
It looks like an aged sake.
After a little sweetness
Not sourness, not bitterness
What is it?
I handed the glass to my wife and told her it had a unique taste.
She said, "It's like mirin (sweet cooking rice wine).
The next one will be the last one on our trip to Shinshu.
