I had a chance to taste again Takashi, which I drank a few weeks ago and enjoyed.
Last time it was Gohyakumangoku, and this time it was Omachi. I think this is the first time I've had Omachi hot sake. It's a bit immoral.
It's yellowish and firm, probably because it's a 2019 sake. It was plump and delicious!
