We were actually planning to go to Ueda Castle and then
We were going to walk to Okazaki Sake Brewery after going to Ueda Castle
but since they were preparing dinner
In order to get to the inn in time
We gave up on Ueda Castle and went directly to Okazaki Sake Brewery.
Thinking about that delicious Shinshu Kamerei being made here
I was deeply moved to think that the delicious Shinshu Kamerei is made here ✨.
I went inside to see what they had.
I checked the fridge.
Only this sake is in the fridge 😭
But I wanted to drink this Shiboritate
I've been wanting to drink this Shiboritate so it's ok 😁.
After leaving Okazaki Sake Brewery
After leaving Okazaki Sake Brewery, we went to Sake-no-Osaka-ya
I went to Sake-no-Osaka-ya
I was able to buy the sake I am drinking this time ✌️
I wanted to try Shiboritate.
The freshness of the sake is unique to nama-shu.
The overall taste is rather subdued.
This is the refreshing feeling that only Shiboritate can give ✨.
On the second day, the overall flavor has developed 😊.
