After attending the "Meeting to Talk about the Future of Terraced Rice Fields" at Okazaki Sake Brewery as a member of the Inakura Tanada Kakawari-tai Sake Rice Owners, I was able to go to Tatumi Jushi in Ueda City, which I had longed to visit 🎵 Here too, I enjoyed Shinshu Kamerei as a beautiful sake and fine snack. Kotara is a junmai ginjo hi-iri. It is sweet and tasty on its own, but of course it is a beautiful sake that goes well with fish as well 😊.
