How long has it been since I've had a drink at Ding Dong? If I force myself to pull up my memory, it has probably been 5 years since 2019.
The ginjo aroma is of tropical fruit, similar to a gorgeous pineapple or melon. There are also some floral notes. The fruity acidity along with the aroma also contributes to this odd drinkability. Although it is a sweet wine, the sweetness is extremely elegant and not at all unpleasant.
If the acidity were any higher, the wine would be too juicy to drink on its own, but the moderately low acidity makes it easy to pair with light meals such as salads.
Many of these types of sakes are gorgeous and have sharp edges, making them surprisingly difficult to drink, but this one has no edges, so it is easy to drink anyway! This is just as easy to drink as a Hanahayo or Jyushiyo! And at 1,600 yen including tax, it's too good to be true! If you want a sweet drink, this is the one from now on, right? LOL!
It's the type of gorgeous, yet clear, celebrity-like wine that is sure to be popular. It is a tropical, gorgeous sweet sake that has impressed me for the first time in a long time!

What a waste of words...I'm afraid! I'm sorry to hear that 😌✨
I prefer medium to dry, but I've learned once again how good the sweet ones are too!
