When I opened the bottle, the stopper blew out with a noise like that of champagne. I was relieved that I didn't knock over the bottle.
My favorite wooden vat brew. The sweetness, gasiness, and balance of this light-bodied sake are wonderful.
Ah, work is hard, but I'm glad to be alive this week.
