This is my first time in Kamikawa Taisetsu: ✌️
It's really delicious 😋.
It has a nice crisp dry taste with a great spread of umami (flavor). ❤️
I forgot to take a picture of Genghis Khan but it went really well with it. ☺️ but I think it goes better with Sashimi 🤣.
The 4th picture is Hariken Ramen in Tsukuba 🍜.
There is always a huge line, but I was lucky to get in in 15 minutes 🍜✌️
I'm going to get fat after eating ramen and Genghis Khan😇

Rafa, the jingisukan was really good ☺️, it was imported from Hokkaido and was really tasty ❤️, it was dry, but it had a great flavor, so it was a great sake to go with the jingisukan 🍶.
