It is Togakushi no Mai Special Junmai. I bought it in Togakushi because it is a local sake of Togakushi, but it was brewed in Kawanakajima. I didn't mind that, but I had a different impression of this one from the last time I drank it. This time, it tasted like a typical dry junmai, and despite the dryness, I felt the sweetness and flavor of the rice was strong. Why? I'm looking forward to the Shinshu series, I'm still bringing it home.
