Yamahai brewing for consecutive days. Hot sake. A little solitude, sake, and most meaningful time....
Today's Yamahai is from Fukushima Prefecture. Yesterday it was Ishikawa Prefecture. My tongue is kind of busy traveling around the country. Well, it's my fault. ☺️
First sip, refreshing. Yamahai is... immediately Yamahai-brewed! 😱 This is definitely a yamahai discontinued yeast! How do I know...because it's Yamahai two days in a row.
Yamahai sake may have a hidden "umami" that you can't get out of once you get into it due to its strong habit....
It should especially appeal to those who like sake but do not like the fruity aroma of Junmai Daiginjo.
I like it. Maybe I can't get out of it...
