しーちゃん
Bodhi-motomote-zukuri" is a sake brewing method created at a temple called Shoreki-ji in Nara Prefecture. It is said to be the origin of today's sake brewing and has been restored for the first time in about 500 years. If you imagine a simple taste, you are wrong. The taste is refined and superb, from the moment you smell it to the moment you put it in your mouth and the aftertaste disappears.
I liked it very much.
