It's a Niigata sake brewery, but it's a mellow, umami sake, not a light sake.
The ginjo aroma is very nice. It is fresh, well-balanced, and very easy to drink.
Although it is a jun-dai, it can be used as a food sake as well. It is a delicious sake.
