When it settles down, the aroma is of young banana-like sweetness and umami with a hint of lactic acidity in the back.
The nose is slightly thickened, and the sweetness and acidity are constant, and then the bitter taste is followed by the acidity, which ends in the mouth without a long aftertaste. Not particularly dry.
A little roughness on the tongue.
The taste is a constant parometer from start to finish. It is a very gentle food wine!
