Iwate Prefecture! My birthplace. My favorite city, Morioka!
Iwate is a big place. Wanko soba, cold noodles, and Tono (kappa) and Nanbu ironware. And Maiya. There's even a Donki and a mysterious Round One (lol). Yes, yes, it's a town for young people!
A reasonably priced trial bottle of sake, just the right amount.
Hot sake. It's a sake from my hometown, but it's delicious without any discovery. The aroma of rice is rich and mellow. It was the right choice to heat it up.
I'm still a bit of a sake snob, but I know that Iwate Prefecture is a really nice place.
