The top nose has a round sweet aroma like Wasanbon and a medium pineapple-like sparkling aroma.
In the mouth, it is soft and elegant sweetness spreads. The overtone is not too loud, but rather moist capsicum pineapple.
The finish is crisp and watery. However, a little bitterness from the capsicum and a hint of rummy flavor may linger.
A beautiful, elegant, and highly finished Capu-style sake. Personally, I don't like capsicums very much, so I slightly lower the rating.
Unlike typical Caps, it has a unique nuance of a wet-haired beauty, and a texture with no corners.
