My brother brought me a bottle of Tobiroki's special junmai namaizu when he went home for the Obon vacation.
It was a gift from his brother when he traveled to Fukushima Prefecture this spring for a practice match. He had kept it refrigerated until this day.
Speaking of Tobiroki's special junmai, I have a deep impression of their unfiltered nama sake, which I first encountered about 22 years ago and learned the taste and fun of nama sake.
Frankly, it is a good sake👍.
Well-balanced, mild and truly delicious.
I drank it all up, and there was only about 3 gou left in the bottle (I drank about 5 gou!?!). ), the bottle was stopped and went off to the kitchen.
