Huayouyasan was unexpectedly sold in the online store of Yajima Sake Shop 🌸.
It's one of the rare ones you can't find at liquor stores in Kyushu, and there's only one distributor in Hiroshima nearby 🤔.
As a resident of Kyushu, I thought it was a rare sake, but now that I can drink it at home, I'm grateful to have it 😋.
Now, as for the taste, the top aroma is a gorgeous pineapple aroma as rumored 🍍.
The overtone is pineapple, with a hint of pear 🤔.
I thought it would be juicy... but it's not as juicy as I thought, it's more like clean and sharp 🤔.
It has a dry impression, maybe because it's made with Gohyakumangoku, and it has sweetness, but it's not a sticky sweetness, it's a refreshing sweetness, and then the acidity and umami follow it ✨.
The gasiness is small to medium, and it complements the acidity and umami 👍.
The bitterness comes out strongly in the latter half of the bottle and finishes it off quickly.

I had heard that it was a pineapple juice for adults, and you are right, it was a bottle that I never got tired of drinking with its changing flavors 🍶.
