My son starts summer vacation tomorrow😇😇.
Living with lunch for a month, 😇😇
Let's keep up the good work 🐰😇!
So here's a little milestone-like drink 🤣.
I got this one on my trip to Nagano 😎.
It was my first time to see it, but I picked it without any hesitation 🥺.
Surprisingly dry? It has a heavy feeling, but it also has a sharpness 💮.
It's not my personal favorite type of sake, but sometimes it's good to have a sake like this where you can feel the alcohol 😎♥️ yatsubaKinmon Nishiki
Sake made by the company that produces Shiga Kogen Beer. Very gentle taste. r2g2g2The sake we received.
It is an unfiltered junmai sake made from the toji's home-grown rice. It has a thicker body, but not the sticky, thick texture that is often (I think) found in nama-shu.
I like it. Sake lovers will probably like it. oosuka@the farmhouse
Only at directly-managed stores! コロポンIt was a gift. It had a unique firmness and ginjo taste that was good! ふるねこShiga Kogen Souvenir
Fruity and easy to drink. 酒ぱいUnfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a sake that seems to be absorbed into your body, and you can feel the personality of its creator. I want to drink this sake by itself without any entrée. oosukaHmmm, a noticeable cemedine aroma over time.
There is also a sense of alcohol from the dustiness, so I thought Enki is Enki.
I love Shiga Kogen beer and want to support it, but it's still very far from my taste... oosukaThis is 65% polished rice. oosukaYamae Nishiki is more modern. oosukaThis is 65% polished rice. oosukaUnveiling of Enki's new brand.
Home-grown Kinmon-Nishiki with a milling ratio of 55%. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
