I met this sake at an izakaya during a business trip to Niigata 🍶and it washed away my fatigue from work 😊I asked a liquor store where I could buy it and popped it on the internet 😊.
The label description reads 🍊summer orange🍊squash.
I bought a bottle and first enjoyed the summer tangerine feeling in the supernatant (the higher the temperature range, the sweeter the tangerine).
Then, I will enjoy the orange calpis with the lees 😊.
Note: It has no depth, so it is best to drink it lightly 😊.
The main course is the Eio game of Fujii 8 kan 😊Good luck Sota Fujii 😊.

I guess this is a modern sake line of Echigo Tsurukame. It has all the words that make me excited: unfiltered raw ogara-mi, chutori, and gohyakumangoku. 🛍️
When I opened the bottle with high expectations, it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma of pear, melon, muscat, and light fruit sweetness with a youthful and pleasant acidity and a very nice bitter aftertaste 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 When the lees are mixed, a little lactic acidity is felt, making it rich and full, with a heaviness on the back of the mouth😊
