I'm not good at making raw sake, but this sake has a mild malted rice smell and is very tasty and soft on the palate. Even though I am not a fan of nama sake, I can totally appreciate it if it is made as gently and mildly as this. I'm not sure if you can register sake from unregistered breweries, as usual?
