I was looking at the fridge at my usual liquor store and saw this sake from Noto.
I thought I would never be able to drink Noto sake again after the earthquake, so I bought it on the spot.
The taste is not only spicy but also a little sweet on the palate, but it has a nice sharpness and is a delicious sake.

Tonight's sake is Ikezuki Junmai sake from the Toriya Brewery in Nakanotomachi.

I think this sake was brewed by a Noto sake brewery in the Noto climate, which is why it is so gentle.
