You can talk for hours about daiginjo and ginjo but sake can't get better than Kuromatsu. Seriously, if I had to choose one sake for the rest of my life, it would be Kenbishi. It is pure goodness in a bottle that comes at you strong at 17%. One doesn't feel the alcohol at first but after 2 glasses you realize that you are feeling a bit tipsy. It is old school sake. It's only "honjozo" but yamahai and blended aged sake in fact. Mushrooms, cocoa, wet leaves, creme brulee, soy sauce and passion.
