Saru808🐒This Sake is made by Kameda Shuzo in Chiba and the rice was grown in Yokawa-cho, Miki City, Hyogo. This Daiginjo is sweet at the start with a light mouth feel. Then the acidity takes over, leaving a clean and dry aftertaste. There are flavor hints of cedar and pear.
I'm going to try this with miso salmon tonight.
