I am a third generation Japanese living in Hawaii.  My first Sake, Dewazakura Ooka, started my quest to learn more about Sake.  Always tasting, always learning.

There is a nice melon aroma from the glass.  The taste is sweet and there is karakuchi in the finish.  The acid cleans your pallet and you are ready to have another sip.  This is a good junmai daiginjo!
