I am a third generation Japanese living in Hawaii.  My first Sake, Dewazakura Ooka, started my quest to learn more about Sake.  Always tasting, always learning.

This Sake has a light peach aroma and a soft velvet texture.  There is enough acid to cleanse the pallet for a clean aftertaste.  A good balance of sweet and acid creates a very refreshing drink.
