I am a third generation Japanese living in Hawaii.  My first Sake, Dewazakura Ooka, started my quest to learn more about Sake.  Always tasting, always learning.

It has been a while since I've had Kakurei.  This has a light mouth feel with flavors of apple, cedar and a hint of melon.  There is a bit of acidity towards the end to give it a dry finish. 
A great match with kinchakuni my wife is making! 😁
