- Milan HauserRice polishing ratio kouji-mai: Hyogo-kitanishiki 50%, kake-mai: Gohyakumangoku 58%, alc: 16~17% I took a bottle with me on my vacation. I like the design of the label with flowers raining over mount Fuji. The sake is strong and I can't taste anything else beside alcohol. It is a bit savory and earthy. Dry. I can't smell anything. I am getting a bit tipsy though.
