- Milan HauserType: junmai, rice: Yamada Nishiki, polishing ratio: 50% koji 60% mash, smv: +4, alc.: 15,6% I bought Kuroushi again because I love the rustic flavor. This time in a form of cup sake. Aroma is soft and full of rice and honey-like sweetness. I can't stop smelling it. Despite the sweet aroma, flavor is rather dry, earthy and again full of rice. Nice balance and umami. It is my type of sake. One cup is not enough, I should have bought a bottle.
