- JohanbtokyoRestrained aroma. Taste is sweetness and umami in good balance. The yamahai version seems slightly richer than the regular tokubetsu junmai? Slightly longer aftertaste. But still refreshing, light feeling. Works well drinking on its own. Great chilled. I tried warming it up but I would not recommend that. 4.25/5
