Really interesting aroma bouquet of rice flour, fruity red apple and grape, yet with a mushroom savoury element. Alcohol is prominent, but not overbearing.

Very dry! 鬼辛口 indeed. Super clean and smooth, with a rice centric flavour profile. Mainly umami elements, and the dryness makes it challenging to avoid another sip.

Served room temperature, this is begging to be served with washoku. Bet this would go well with 肉うどん or もつ煮. Alone it feels a little lacking.
